		When ANEST Company Limited, our group company in Japan, and we attended to Philippine Real Estate Festival first time at World Trade Center, Pasay City in 2012, we got Best Marketing Presentation by exhibiting structural models which aren't well known here in Philippines and by explaining high seismic capacity and more of Japanese Style Wooden Houses logically. After the festival, we strongly noticed from customer sheets that Japanese Style Wooden Houses are in demand here in Philippines and we decided to establish our company with cooperation by ANEST Company Limited in order to spread these houses as one of the big goal.
	Features
	High Durability - We construct durable houses with structural frames that can last for several generations. (Improved durability against deterioration of structural frames due to wood decay, termites, and aging) High Seismic Capacity - Earthquake damage can be suppressed to minimize future repair and allow uninterrupted use of the house. (Employment of appropriate high-quality bearing walls and their balanced arrangement; reinforcement of bases, etc.) High Fire Resistance - We actively adopt fireproof materials for our wooden houses. (Use of fireproof materials for roofs and external walls; use of incombustible materials for floor backing, internal walls, and ceilings)
		High Thermal Insulation - We provide low-energy wooden houses that meet the required level of thermal insulation and other requirements. (Improved thermal insulation of ceilings, floor, walls, and openings; installation of low-energy equipment) Flexible Design - Our wooden houses can be easily modified to accommodate the residents' wishes. (Movable partitions; convertible design) Barrier-Free Houses - Our wooden houses maintain a sufficient amount of space and can be modified into barrier-free houses in the future. (Ensuring wide passages; elimination of steps; installation of handrails at ajor parts of the houses; simple flow planning; ensuring the area and safety of kitchen/bathroom)
